MLS highly commended for national Patient Safety Award
MLS has been recognised in the national HSJ Awards 2024 as highly commended in the Patient Safety Award category. At a ceremony attended by the Secretary of State Wes Streeting the work performed by the team, despite being of a niche area of medicine, has been commended nationally for its focus on improving outcomes for patients on mechanical circulatory support.
