Chris is a world leading expert on mechanical circulatory support and was central to the creation of the circulatory support programme over 30 years ago at Harefield Hospital. He has authored the national pre hospital emergency algorithm for patients with left ventricular assist devices and currently researching novel technologies in management of LVAD complications.
